Capablanca, what scholarship did you get for actuarial science??? For now, JPA'd not be offering Actuarial Science anymore, and i don't really know what scholarships are there for this course, besides BNM, Khazanah and Security Commission.

Well, JPA. Hmmm, unless you are very sure you wanted to continue in AS, I would suggest that you consider other majors first. If you really wanted to continue in this profession, then once you entered university, at least in the US, joined the Actuarial Society if there is one. Talk to your professors, especially those in the financial departments, they will probably suggest to you what courses you should take.

When there's a will, there's a way. Just because the path may diverge doesn't meant that it won't reach the same place in the end.

So for now, is it fine for me to opt for Economics under JPA PILN application??? Yes i wanted so badly to continue in this profession, and i think that usually Economics scholars'd be sent to US or Canada by JPA right? So, if i got the scholarship to US, i'd definitely join SOA or CAS. Did you meant that, talk to my professors about it, and maybe they can reckon me to take some classes for actuarial exams? Is there a possibility for me to take Economics in major, and Actuarial Science in minor? Thanks a lot for the advices and it really helps. :)

find the thread about sthg to do with 'tux' i kinda forgot.. but everyone was encouraged to use the 'penguin' avatar i think somewhere in 2008.. I downloaded the whole list(abt 50 Megabytes) and used the Man Utd penguin. LOL. It was pretty awesome.. there is also naruto, bleach and etc.

Did u know last yr the game was on the same day of my arrival to the US and my bf asked whether it would be ok if he wanted to go watch the game instead of spending time with me.
