i believe dentistry is a superior course compared to medicine in the UK at least therefore it might be a bit challenging for you to switch.Generally it also costs more than medicine unless you are talking about dentistry in india or indonesia.I have heard of medicine to pharmacy but not medicine to dentistry. No harm trying i guess.

But how to change?I am still torn btwn med and dentistry.I would like to become a gp but I don't like to be on call n hav less time to be spent wit family.

maybe JPA won't let it,because JPA stressed again,no changing courses.maybe medicine is not dat bad after all, think on the bright side.Im afraid that if I apply to JPA for dentistry, thyey might give me India.I don't like that idea.plus,im satisfied with what I got now. =)

For what I knew, you can change country (from a higher living cost to a lower living cost country), but you are never allowed to change course.

Theres' no harm trying to change your major if you can really prove to them that you would excel in it.

Even though there's always a strict limitation on changing majors or country of study, jpa officers change their minds quite frequently; so there's flexibility in the system that you can try to use to your advantage.
