Yes Nottingham do accept matriculation students but only on a case-by-case basis. Not all of them will be accepted. UCSI or matriculation, choose the one you like or suits you the most.

If you are a bumi and you got cgpa 4.0 for matriculation, then the chances of you got accepted into USM/UM is very high. IMO, USM/UM and Nottingham are better than UCSI for engineering courses.

From the guide books i got at Nottingham, they didn't specify what is the minimum requirement for matriculation they required students to have in order to accept them. They just wrote it will be considered on case-by-case basis, which means they might reject you even if you get a cgpa of 4.0. I managed to ask the counselor there and they say they take many things into consideration such as the number of students applying for that particular undergraduate course, the results etc etc. To be safe, do other type of pre-u if you really want to secure a place and study at Nottingham. Hope this helps. :)
