i heard my friend said that first year cannot drive car,if you really want drive car,u must ask helping hand from senior to take the sticker for u...hope tis information will help u..:))

which ipta? normally 1st- yrs arent allowed but ppl dont care, juz prepare money for saman..haha...no la, can ask other to help u gt the sticker but gotta knw the way lo...if nt, 1st yr work hard in ko-k, be active, then apply for sticker in the correct way lo
