What are the differences between these two courses? :huh

Which one has a wider job prospect in overseas/Malaysia?

Which course should I take if I were to continue my postgraduate studies in MBBS?

To be completely honest, I personally do not think there is a big difference between the two, except branding.
In terms of job prospects, it depends what sort of field you're looking into - if you are intending to work in lab-related aspects, pick the course which would give you the most hours of actual practical work. If you are looking at more sales/customer service related services of pharmaceutical companies, the course which gives you a broad understanding of the science may be beneficial.
And for the MBBS, again, I think it does not really matter which specific course you do, but more on how well you do in the course?
