Sorry if this question sounds silly but does this scholarship apply for SPM leavers or must we go for pre-u course first?

People sitting for SPM this year, study real hard for your SPM. Aim for straight A+ if possible. Then, a lot of scholarships await you next year right after your SPM results are out.

Common scholarships for SPM leavers are:
JPA Scholarship
Bank Negara Scholarship
Petronas Scholarship
TNB Scholarship
UEM Scholarship
Khazanah Scholarship
Sime Darby Scholarship

I myself am a JPA Scholar, and I achieved this scholarship through my straight 11 A1 SPM result and extracurricular activities (state champion). If you guys manage straight A+ in your SPM and are active in extracurricular activities, be sure to apply for as many of the above scholarships as possible next year after the SPM results are out, as you would have a high chance of getting a scholarship! :)
