Well, I only have information regarding NTU's ASEAN and Nanyang scholarship, and it's basically discussed all over the place.
Maybe it's time to centralize and divide the scholarship section into 2 - post SPM and post STPM, as the demand for post STPM scholarship information are now increasing.

There is the Freeman Scholarship at Wesleyan. Two Malaysians every year. All expenses paid.

In general...there are a lot of US universities that offer partial scholarships for international students. How much you get depends on how much your parents' income is. See:

http://www.edupass.org/finaid/undergraduate.phtml
Different universities have different requirements. Some want SPM, some STPM.

I have modified the title of this thread to include all scholarships that are after STPM, whereas the current Scholarship thread would be for post-SPM scholarships.

Yeah, NUS NTU ASEAN are commonplace. You can look up London, Japan and Australia too - some unis give partial or full scholarships to students. I know at least 1 student geting 50% in Durham, 2 student getting 25% in Cambridge, 1 getting 100% in either Melbourne or Monash (forgot which one), and 2 who got mongbukagakusho (1 have since left due to pressure).
Another moral of the story - Apply for scholarships in Form 5!! This weird country seems to like the less educated than the more educated ones. I wonder why. :P
