Dental Care/Optical Benefits in Australia

I know for general healthcare we are covered by OSHC anyway, but I wish to know if any bills involving dental care and/or optical done in Australia claimable from JPA as part of the health care benefits for JPA scholarship recipients?

I doubt that as there's no claiming of health expenses on JPA's contract, correct me if Im wrong.
