erm there is nothing new in the matrikulasi website... so we dont have to do anything right now , right? just wait? when will they announce the result?

not so fast yet...last year the government announced it around mid of april, about two weeks before the matriculation courses start...so..wait patiently:)

are there people who are offered both jpa and matriculation at the same time? if yes, what if they choose jpa, their place in matric will be offered to another person or consider wasted?

I was offered matriculation first followed by JPA scholarship. I turned down matriculation but I don't know whether my place was offered to someone else.

There are ppl who offered jpa but need to do matriculation. It's no much difference actually. Just that their semester allowance instead of being given out by kpm, it's by jpa. Then, when they continue their studies in IPTA, they're assured of jpa pidn scholarship.

Yes. Normally the scholarship's results of jpa will be announced around june..while matriculation starts around may..many of them leave matric after a month when they knew that they get jpa's PILN...their places are not be replaced directly...but government will do adjustment...cause of their leaving..there will be extra places in matric...that causes the second and third intake in matric

However, some of them will get PIDN instead of PILN...then they will continue study in matric under sponsorship of JPA:)

yup...sometimes we can get to know jpa results before matric starts..depends on when jpa announced their results...varies from years to years..:)

Nope..there's a third intake. The first and second intakes are formal intake which the college will conduct orientation activities for the new students. Third intake only offers very few places..mostly for non-bumis to fill up the remaining vacancy in matric..not more than 10 in one college..there's no orientation for the third intake:)

Me myself is a former matriculation student and there is only two intake then. Maybe they change their policy now. :)
