From my advisor, for women in computer science(CS).
Know a few girls who got such an offer.
It's encouraged and seems reachable, but not for me lar.

I have read that England Optical Group offers scholarship in Optics...
for those who wish to do Franchise business with England Optical Group, he/she is encourage to take up the optical course offered... I guess the course takes 4 years in Malaysia...

Just got this email 5 mins ago:

WHAT: Microsoft is giving out money and internships
HOW MUCH: $10K - full tuition
DEADLINE: January 15, 2004

Microsoft is excited to be offering over a half million dollars in
scholarships for the 2004-2005 academic year. Scholarships will range in value from $10K to half tuition to full tuition. Applications must
be postmarked by January 15,

Microsoft will contact finalists by the end of February 2004.
Scholarship recipients will be notified by March 15, 2004. All recipients of the scholarship will be required to complete a
summer internship of 12 weeks at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. (Microsoft reserves the right not to offer a position to the
scholarship winner if an appropriate match cannot be found.)

Undergraduate students from across North America will be selected in
recognition of their passion for software and the ability to make a
difference in the software
