If we apply rayuan usm, is there still a place for us in upu?

hi.. ^^ does anybody knows if we apply for the rayuan usm, can we still get the chance to get place in upu? (".) since upu result arent coming out yet..& they say maybe it'll be out in the 2nd week of july..but i'm not sure when is the due date of rayuan usm.. :/

i really need help from all of you, esp from the seniors? ^^

if we get rejected by usm,then um n ukm wont consider u anymore.it is so?my senior told me about that and i m quite worry to apply for usm then since it affect our upu result
