Wow , upper six just started , and i started to feel the stress , from all direction pushing me , do u all feel the same?

Same here. I could feel the stress right now in upper six. Spend almost every hours doing mathematics. Right now i am very regret because i did not study at all during school holiday. :cry: Have to push harder right now..... AND a lots of formulae to remember...
me is even worse than u, i am super lazy.

Many people told me that they tried love meditation and it solves thier stress problem. It is no harm trying something new so I would like to copy the method from a blog and paste it here.

Love Meditation
Hello.
I do not usually post new age stuffs like this on this blog but I think I should post it so that people will know how to radiate love with meditation.
With this blog I wish people would learn to appreaciate life and understand the power of love.
According to Metaphysics love is the most powerful emotional energy as it has the highest frequency compare to other emotions. Love is considered to be white in colour as it has the frequencies of all colours.
At first I thought love is just a "soft" emotion.
After reading stuffs by Dr Laura (www.deeptrancenow.com)
I start to realise that love is a form of powerful emotional energy.
That?s why I start to radiate love everyday.
After a few days of radiating rays of love in all direction I start to feel strong vibration around my aura. There was once I kept on feeling strong oscillation around my legs... It?s kinda weird. I feel like I am detached from this world and spiraling upwards...strange eh?
Love is powerful. It raises our personal vibration and make us ascend higher spiritually.
There are a lot of benefits by having higher vibration.
Higher vibrational emotions (love, compassion) = 'good'
Lower vibrational emotions (fear, anger, greed) = 'bad'
So, it makes sense that you would easily attract or be pulled to whatever is closest to your vibration at the time.
By radiating love I attract good luck in my life and I always meet nice people. At the same time nasty people are repelled from me. This sounds strange but it?s my real life experience..
Do you know why people with higher EQ have greater success compare to people with lower EQ? It?s not how these people handle thier life situations but it?s thier energy level that alter thier lives.
Let?s say a guy with low EQ is impatient and has bad mood.
He has low vibration. Hence he attracts misfortune easily.
I have seen some people with very bad temper and hatred always have bad luck.
Coincidence? Neh.... They face bad luck quite frequently !
So guys, what do you think?
How to Radiate Love ?
Radiating white light of love from every cell in your body in all direction for 15 minutes EVERYDAY while listening to awareness inducing music (no mainstream rock music, go for Beethoven if you are not sure)
Just sit down comfortably and close your eyes. Relax.
Now imagine that there?s intense love energy coming out from your heart chakra (center of your chest) and this energy fills up every cell in your body.
You can imagine love energy as white, warm light.
After that imagine that you are radiating love from every cells in your body in all direction, as if you are a bight star of love. Do this with focus for about 15 minutes. By doing so you are giving love energy to the world.
After doing this exercise for a few days you can feel vibrations around your body.
Later you will find people and animals want to go near towards you. Even plants want to come near to you. You become healthier and free from negative emotion.
when you are in bad mood, do this exercise and see how it makes you feel much greater.
We can help the world by giving love energy to it. In the long run our planet (Gaia) will vibrate faster and this will cause humanity to awaken and the world will become a much better place to live.

Yeah... same here also...
We have about less than 10 months time to go....
Wonder how am I going to manage it..
If you plan ahead, then its easier. Have one for the whole year right up till the exam, one for the current month and another for the current week. Spacing it out and knowing that you actually CAN finish learning everything makes it easier.

I guess it will be great if you can plan well ahead from now. You have about 8 months or so from now, so with that 240 days or so, you should be able to come up with a good planning.
Set up target for yourself, say you would want to achieve a certain results by your mid-year exam, and then set a target for yourself for the final-year exam. Gear yourself for the STPM, and try to take a break for some time every day, even if it means for 30 minutes or so.
Studying more does not correlate with achieving greater success. There are many of you who have been successful in SPM or at much higher level, and from those many who are very successful, I can see that they are not merely book worms. Many of them are very active in co-curricular activities.
For those of you who are trying out for IPTA, please remember that co-curricular activities do count, and hence try to get involved in sports, society/clubs and other achievements.

I guess stress is inevitable at this stage of education. I feel the stress too I must admit. Since it's not possible to avoid stress, it's definitely wise to relief our stress through a positive channel for instance doing moderate sports or even meditation, as one of our recommers suggested. All the best to recommers who are sitting for STPM 2005! :D
