hi all,

this is a new project I started just for fun ... I'm trying to collect all kind of "effect" terms ever exist and put them into one huge browsable database ... it's a very simple project where I just search for terms such as "Domino Effect", "Placebo Effect", "Doppler Effect" and get some descriptions for them and that's it ... some are very interesting like "Nicholas Effect", "Stockholm Effect" etc etc ... Here's one for you : the Hawthrone Effect

Do you want 'law's too? Like 'Murphy's Law', etc?

Do you just want us to just suggest the names of the effects or do you also want us to include some kinda brief explanation about them?

Another question: Are you planning to make this part of Recom's winter project? Or like present it as another fun feature on Recom? Or is this just for your own keeps? ;)

I already have Hawthrone effect (hey did you really check the site? 8O ) ... mmm about the "Law" ... good idea but then it won't be project//Effect anymore :P ...

maybe it can be part of ReCom if there's no obstructing "aral" (kalau tiada aral melintang) ... but right now I plan to let it there on my homepage and wait till the list grows to hundreds ...
