I use Bloglines (http://www.bloglines.com) which is disputedly one of the best online RSS aggregators out there. Although the interface looks boring, but I likes it over newsgator and a few others because it simply works as it says.

If you are using Firefox and you are on a broadband, I would also recommend you to use the live bookmark features or use RSS extension such as Sage. I can't afford to use it as it simply eats up too much bandwidth of my snail-like dial up connection.

I am currently subscribed to 37 feeds, which are mainly famous blogs (such as TV Smith's and Jeff Ooi's), my friends' blogs, del.icio.us bookmarks and major news websites.
