He's particularly concern on the US trade deficits. Currently foreigners own about 5% of the USA, with the US giving away 1% more every year. If this trend continues, 1/4 of the USA Inc. will be owned by foreigners (probably a large portion by Japan & China) by 2025, interesting isn't it?
