View Full Version : dentistry at Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung Indonesia

I may be heading over to the above mentioned university for a dentistry degree. Can't do dentistry locally as i did A lvls instead of STPM and other foreign countries are too expensive. Any info on the uni? Their website doesn't say a lot and i'm a little apprehensive.

Any comments ?

cheeer on! i might be going there as well,but i plan to do medicine ,and i heard that it is a nice rural place.and the uni is among the best in indon.

i heard it's one of the best in indonesia.. don't worry.. if you plan to specialise later on.. like in ortho and all that.. you can always try for a university of your choice cause then you'll have some money. Indon is affordable. Travel fares also not much! Don't be disheartened, it could be for the best... we must try and put it out of our minds that Indonesia doesnt have good institutes.. just like we want others not to be prejudiced about our Malaysian unis.. try and find out from those who are there... Thank you... my parents don't want me to go to Indon... so i don't know what i'll do now

i m like 68.25% comfirmed will be goin there,.i heard that the uni is one of the best,if not the best in indon,and dont worry you'll be safe from tsunami and all that ,since the uni is 2-300 meters above sea level.and currently it host the largest no of msian student in indon,so dont worry too much.but hey then again you should ask the students there yourself...it is much reliable....i just told u things that i heard from others... gud luck

i want to go for the pre-med at Padjadjaran, but I dont have any friends going there, any Sabahans planning to go there?

Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung Indonesia is good..but it is not even the asia top 80 universities...the few universities in the list are
University of Indonesia
Gadjah Mada University,
Diponegoro University,
Airlangga University
but padjajaran also not bad...
i read one news last year...they say the best five unis in indonesia are
University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Diponegoro University, Airlangga University and Padjadjaran University
