and ofcourse now it will uninstall any MS virtual Machine and redirect you to java http://www2.recom.org:8000/modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10327/java_win.jpg

Yep.. still in beta. About time MS put together all the patches together in one big package.

eh....? does this mean that internet explorer is by default using sun's java virtual machine and not the MS one anymore?

after the court rulling. Microsoft have to stop developing their Virtual machine.

All windows Operating system should now use Java from Sun.Microsystem.
Part of the deal was Microsoft comes up with a tool that would unnistall their Virtual machine and rdirect users to download Java from Sun.

Just so you guys know,

Windows XP Service Pack 2 RC1 (Release Candidate 1) (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/sp2preview.mspx) is now available for download.

However, as with all RCs, this is just a test build before the official release.

Hmm finally.. but I am enthusiastically anticipating Longhorn. Sob..sob.. :cry: :cry: Release is only in 2006 two more years
