Paper 4 for STPM Science subjects

I was told that paper 4 of STPM Science subjects (Physics , Chemistry and Biology) are meant for those private students who can't conduct the 15 experiments for the paper 3.

Have anyone know about the format of paper 4? Where can we get the past years of paper 4?

it consists of structure questions.

it's available in past years' series (by longman) that are published every year.

hey, just to let u know... if u're a school student u cant take paper 4 no matter wut.... according to my teacher :D
