As the title suggested you know exactly what I'm about to talk about. Islam.

As we all know, Muslims are not gold medalist when it comes to self-criticism. I've talked to many fellow Malaysians be it Muslims, Budhist, Hindu, Christians, Taos-ism (Confucianism), Sikh and few other traditional Chinese religion and we all end up to a conclusion that there's no way one religion could be specified to be the main religion of Malaysia.

So here's the case. Other then evidently creating more riffs between Muslims and other religion groups PAS (Islamic party of Malaysia) has almost no purpose. This party solely gets it vote by creating more angry Muslims in Malaysia. Some of my Chinese and Indians colleague had been stripped searched in Airports across the world just because some kelantanese joined a training camp in Afganistan.

Then after i thought about it, should i totally put the blame on PAS or the current law makers to let Radical/Fundamentalist Muslims run their mouth rampant?

Was is because of the lack of Better Education, Schools or facilities and basic needs?

I for one certainly think the version of Islam that PAS interpreted just serve as their politic gasoline.

The sad part of this story is UMNO is trying real hard to convince the Malays that they are as Islam as Pas is.. come on? If Malays wanted a islam State with stoning people to death for merely having an orgasm we would've done it a long time ago. I think it's a waste of goverment funds to be paying these special police to go around catching people having sexs. Let me re-phrase that, not only that it is a waste of money... it's none of the goverment business!

I also don't beleive that any goverment has the right to decide which law applies to whom. For an example Syariah to Muslims. It should be the choice of the person individually to what course (S'riah or Civil) to him.

Also since i probably had missed the date line to register as a voter for 2004, i will extend my liberties to rant about politics in Malaysia because i didnt vote.
