Converting .wma files to .mp3 files

Er...I have a problem.

Can anyone tell me how can I convert a wma file to a mp3 file so that I could put my favourite songs in the computer? :?

I think you can do that using Jukebox as well.. but since I don't have it, i'm not sure..

keep in mind that converting from one lossy format to another will result in a rather significant loss of quality.
