US universities admission requirements- transcripts.

Hey, just wanted to know what the universities require when they ask for my high school transcript. Is my SPM cert + A-levels forecast enough or do they want my school report card from Form 3 onwards.

Or does it vary from uni to uni?

I gave all that as well as my Form 1 to Form 5.

For some universities, I gave my PMR, SPM cert, A Levels transcripts, and for some others, I included Form Four and Form Five results.

A-levels is counted as a two year program, and most univs want transcripts from four years of high school.

Don't forget an officially stamped translation of your report card and relevant documents that are not in english (assuming you're applying outisde msia).

Hi guys. Just have a few questions.

First, am I allowed to send in my A-levels forecast instead of actual grades for semester exams?

Also, for the Secondary School Report, how do I fill the "background information" section?
