Request help for bio form 5(SPM)

I face a lot of problem for my bio form 5 ...i have reference book but it is too complicating...i am lack of good notes....

Bab 3 is the most difficult for me....and this bab is spotted by many people for this year SPM....

Can anyone please help me because i don't know what is important for bab 3 and too many to study in this bab....such as hormon, saraf, ginjal, mekanisme pembetulan, tumbuhan ........

Perhaps you should pay more attention to the textbook instead of reference books...read, reread and try question papers. By-heart the textbook if you can hehe..

try mnemonic... especially those diff kind of vitamins... like B1, B2... and all, which vitamin 'dissolves' in water(B,C) and which doesn't(A,D,E,K)... if i remember my SPM stuffs correctly...

and for process that goes from one part of ur body to another.. like ur digestive system(sistem pencernaan) kinda stuff... try flow chart... start by the most basic flow chart... and then, build up... try reading it, understanding it, even imagining it happening in ur body... and then, start drawing a flow chart on a sheet of paper... and try to recall what u think u remember... and keep on adding to the flowchart...

basically, that was how i study for my SPM bio... reading, understanding, and remembering(mind mapping)...
