Hello...
I have a few questions on my bio ecology project...
em...we have to do the quadrat sampling technique and as you all known, we have to calculate the frequency, density and the species cover of the plants. So, my question is...
Say I chose the field as my study area, I certainly wouldn't be able to calculate the density for grass right? One couldn't be able to count the number of grass in a 1x1 m quadrat right? So, we only calculate the percentage cover of the species, i mean grass? Or do we have to do something with the density?
