Hi, I'm going for the BDS degree at AIMST in September this year.
Yes, PTPN provides a loan of about 50% of the tuition fees...the loan can amount to about RM100,000 for the five year medic program, which in full would cost you about RM220,000. Only depending on your parent's income, you may or may not receive the full loan.
