there are many differences when the native speakers of english and the non-native speakers of english are speaking or delivering a speech.

so, what's ur opinion about this statement? do u agree with it?

for me, i think there are many differences that we can find. this can be seen from the vocab used and the delivering of the speech.

tell me ur opinions about the differences that u can find between the two. tq.

Personally, I would look at it, as the native speakers are speaking the language more out of naturally, since they were born and they had to learn the language...

Many of the non-native language people, learn the language more out of necessity or other reasons. They may learn a language, because of the needs arisen, or because of they love the language etc..
