As we can see nowadays, there are a couple of new wireless technologies being developed over the year. They include WAP, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, CDMA, WLAN, Ultra-wideband(UWB), the list goes on and on. Some of them have exclusive objectives and targeted applications but most of them are for mobile computing. So mobile computing includes handhelds, right? Even if originally the technologies are being developed for laptops, there would be a point where some efforts to port these technology to handhelds are put forward. Seriously, do you think such deliberate efforts to connect our cute little touchscreen techies with the world are worthwhile?

Let's discuss this.
