Just want to know are there anyone applied to Nottingham for medicine for 2006 entry? How is your application going?

I am now waiting to hear from them after an interview.

I got a conditional offer on 22th Feb - 2 A in chem and bio and a B in any science (Physics or Maths).

I am waiting for results of interview from other Unis before I make my choice.

Hmmmmm....interviews......in Malaysia or the UK?

All interviews were in KL and the Nottingham interview was on 15th Feb. I have got the rejection from Sheffield Uni.

I am not putting much hope on Aberdeen Uni as I heard that there are only 5 places for Malaysian students for the 2 batches of interviews in KL.

do you mean all British universities will hold an interview session for those applying for medicine?

Please check the brochures, British Council, etc. and find out whether the interviews will be held in KL or UK. Not all Uni will have the interviews in KL.

Most of my friends who had the interviews for medicine in UK have got the conditional offer.

hmm........really nice indeed, just to go to the UK for an interview...

I am not doing medicine though.

did u go to the interview for sheffield on 17th or something??

Yea. I went to Sheffield interview on the 17th. Hmm... about the guy...I think he's rather 'cold' and serious. I don't know whether he's nuts or not. But I heard that if one of your parents is doctor, he will start bombing you with medical related questions. You went for Sheffield interview too? What time was yours?

cant remember.. the second last one before lunch.. i think.. it was sometime btwn 11 and 12 i think... cause i missed some of my classes... :lol:
