I made a mistake in my JPA form.

Okay. I represented my school in a national level competition. I didn't know whether to put mewakili sekolah or mewakili negeri. I asked my school counsellor and she said it's mewakili negeri. But recently, after reading this forum, I just realized that it's mewakili sekolah. So what should I do now? Should I tell the interviewer to correct the mistake or just keep quiet about it?

in national level competition like SUKMA
you are wakil negeri.... like playing for your state (selangor, kelantan etc.)

not wakil sekolah,.

however,
if you bear your school name,
it is wakil sekolah :P

just say you are confused but say only when they ask :)
