Humjambo!!! Haha, I'm finally posting a reply in this thread. And I'm the first one too!!! I've been wanting to do that for a long time.
Anyways, strikingstar is delighted to announce that he has already been in Tanzania for 1 week and is gonna be spending another 9 delightful weeks here.

This is the first picture I took of Tanzania (taken from the plane just before arriving at JRO).
I'm hoping to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro while I'm here but I'm not sure if I'll have the time. Anyways, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Will be going on a safari (which means trip in Swahili) in the Ngorongoro Crater this week and hopefully another safari at the Serengeti in another few weeks. (I really hope to catch the river crossing during the Great Migration).
Will also be going to Zanzibar next week.

Picture of the outside. Taken from inside Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Met a guy from Sarawak while waiting for my connection to Arusha. He was going to Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, for logging business.

Mt. Meru. Taken while walking from MS-TCDC (Danish training center where I'm studying) to Usa Plaza at Usa River, a small little village. Most days, there're too many clouds to be able to see the peak.
Tutaonana baadaye wote!!!
