I have attended Business Today International Conference (BTIC) in 2004, and I have found it very useful. The BTIC 2006 is now open for registration. It is a conference where about 150 undergraduates (You need to be an undergraduate as of Nov 2006) with strong interest in business will participate in 4-day Business Conference with about 60 senior executives from various Fortune 500 companies and other top companies in the world.

This year, the conference is entitled "Innovation to Implementation - How Businesses Stay Ahead" at Marriott Marquis Times Square, New York City from Saturday, November 18 through Tuesday, November 21, 2006.

This conference was initiated by Steve Forbes when he was a student in Princeton 30+ years ago. He is the founder of Forbes Magazine, the premier magazine in business.

This conference is fully sponsored, where you would get an all-expense paid trip to spend 4 days in New York City. When I participate, we have to pay 15% of our flight cost, to show our commitment. For this year, they mention that participants would need to pay a small administrative fee.

So, it is really a worthwhile experience. You would get to really learn a lot and mingle a lot with those business executives. The ratio with those business executives are like 2.5 students : 1 executive. And many business executives used to be participants there as students, for eg Meg Whitman from Ebay.
