Working condition in goverment linked company

Working condition in goverment linked company e.g. Petronas,Telekom,Tenaga Nasional etc.
How is the working condition in these companies?Chances to gain higher post etc?(Hehe...for non-bumi,no offence)

if u show true potential and will benefit the company they definitely cannot disclude u from chances of promotion. but other factors like seniority, experience, so forth cannot be dismissed completely. honestly sucking up to the boss works. true experiance of sum1 working in petronas. it helps u get higher faster. ( faster only, okay. if u totally suck in cooperation wit oders and ur work of cos even God cannot help u)
