Are you living in overseas?
Do you find that sometimes you do not have time to cook, and when you open your fridge, you find that you do not have the essential ingredients to come up with something like mom s cooking (or even something decent).
That s when creativity comes in. Since there are plenty of OSS (Over Seas Students) here, why not share your experience on the weird stuff which you came up with?
This is a place to share recipies for your enemy, or for people you never wish to see again :lol:
It even has a rating system;
5 STARS- definitely something to cook for your enemy
4 STARS- so-so
3 STARS- I can eat it provided I am starving in Sahara
2 STARS- OK
1 STAR- why are you suggesting this recipe here?
Haha....Let me share with you something which I will never cook again (ah, habislah semua maruah aku)
Miso soup with sotong kering (5 STAR rating)
(argh.....I did this when I first arrived to Japan, disaster.....it should be attached with one of those little notes, kids under 18 should not copy this at home)
Miso soup with Ikan Bilis (3 Stars)
Not bad. Ikan bilis acts like Dashi and it brings out the flavour of Miso
Spagetti with Instant Curry (2 Stars)
The curry is a little dry but spagetti curry is on the menu of some Japanese Restaurants
Hehe, I will be back with more. Please share some recipies here,ok?
