I saw one laptop which has very attractive features, such as Fingerprint reader, Intergrated Bluetooth, 5in1 card reader, Pentium Core Duo 1.88GHz from Levono. The price tag would be around 3800- 4000. Fellow recommers, what do you all think about Levono?

Just make sure the one you get does not have batteries manufactured by Sony.

your laptop is already good enough to support vista...but for now, i won't recommend it, too high a price for a little upgrade...

your price is quite cheap for a Levono aka ex-IBM laptop though...

*cough* I'm as clueless as you about hardware stuff. All I know that it needs Intel or AMD's newest processing chip and a good graphic card.

Lenovo Family notebooks are actually much cheaper (about 1-2k) than Lenovo Thinkpads. Anyone has any idea why? Is it cos Thinkpads are more IBM-ish?
