Tenaga Nasional Berhad Scholarship

I would be grateful if anyone could let me know more about how to apply for this scholarship?

I've just finished STPM and I called up the Yayasan Tenaga Nasional Berhad. The lady said she doesn't know about the selection process and that its done by the Education Ministry.
I searched the Kementrian Pendidikan website there's no more info about the TNB scholarship handled by MOE.

Any body knows more, please help~! :D

but i know that YTL is offering full scholarships to srudents who are intending to study at UNITEN !
