Yesterday I received a letter from Taylor College saying that I am awarded the National scholarship consists of 50% waiver from the two-year tuition fee. I applied for the American Degree Transfer Program and now i'm worrying about the other 50% of tuition fee, and everything i need studying there, living cost... That is a two-year program, what about if i'm going to USA to continue the course? I'm so very worry about my financial problem, my family is not gonna support me. I wonder if i'm going to accept it, judging it's an opportunity. Can i apply other financial aid since i've gotten the scholarship, like PTPTN? Is there anybody who got the scholarship too?

Hey i got their scholarship too but it is a slightly different one. There were four of us who had 50% waiver for any Pre-U courses in Taylor's because we were runner ups in their annual interschool debate. Two of my friends acceptd the scholarship but they were still required to pay quite a big sum of money for library fee, computer fee, this and that fee etc etc etc. Nevertheless the scholarship did help them to save up a big sum of money and they've successfully completed the course.
Why not hold it and wait for other scholarships which will grant you a full waiver for the whole course of ur studies in the states? Like JPA, Bank Negara, Petronas etc?
