can someone enlighten me on Chemical Engineering? i would like to know wat r the job prospects for Chem Eng n how is it? i know google might help, but still it'll be better to get some hands-on details.....
any to-be-chemical engineers in the house?? thanks

i also plan to be one. unfortunately, i'm in the same boat. i heard that u will have to choose ur minor in chem.Eng. such as paper/plastic/petroleum/process/etc.....

Correct me if i'm wrong.

pure chem engineering or chem process engineering?

there is a minor difference between these 2. chem process eng is more towards process and machine usage, while pure chem eng has more tendency towards chemical tools and process controling.

but basically, these 2 job is very similiar... pure chem engineer can get the job of chem proces engineer and vice versa.
