well.. physical, organic and inorganic chem are all in your syllabus.. u'll have to learn them all anyway.. so its ur choice to buy either the chem book or all seperate.. maybe its better to find out which book ur teacher will use in class..

the chemistry book should have contained 3 of those, they should be the same things...

which to start? er... if according to most of us, we start with physical chemistry first. However, some teachers teach 3 of them alternatively... so you may try to study physical chem for 2 topics, then 2 topics of organic chem, then 2 topic of inorganic.. haha

it is up to you, but 3 of them are not so related... physical need more understanding and practise...

which publisher of the chemistry books do you want to buy?

Hi there. Nice nickname 8O

The book that has 'chemistry' as the title contains all the physical, organic and inorganic chemistry syllabus in it. It's more compact with less notes and examples. Mostly all the main points with not that much elaborations.

If you buy the books separately, obviously there are going to be more explainations, examples and all that. One look at the thickness of the books and you'll know. But some of the explanations are a bit long-winded though.

Fajar Bakti's are indeed good, but some of the explanation are too much that may confuse you also... it's what I faced last time.

SO, the 1st early exam will come out all phy chem or it will comprise three of them ????

it's up to your teacher, but what I want to say is, 1st early exam is not that important.. You aim for the trial and real ! haha...

which you want to study first is up to you too :D [/i]

Fasjar Bakti books by Tan Yin Toon seems to be the most popular reference books. We can't tell you what will come out in your first exam, it all depends on which one your teacher starts with. But from my observations, most teachers will start with physical chem. Then some would jump between physical and organic but some just follow physical, organic then inorganic. I suggest you start with studying physical chem first.

Yes, we can use our STPM result to apply almost all university if your result meet their minimum requirement, as STPM is widely recognised.
but for overseas' such as England's, Australia's etc, you need to have IELTS or TOEFL;
Muet is not recognised except in S'pore & Indonesia I supposed..

We can retake our STPM, but you will waste another 1 & a half year! so.. do your best and don't ever think of retake or you will be wasting your good teenage years~

In fact, if you are hardworking enough, it's sufficient... I was too lazy so I actually didn't finish studying all...
so, be diligent if you want to get good result.. be determined! It's quite easy to be distracted by other things.. coz form 6 is the most happiest period, I'm not sure to others, but to me it is! It's totally different from form 1-5...

the very First step, set your target, be clear of your vision, what you wanna be!
I didn't set a target, I didn't know what I want, so I didn't have the desire to get very good result.. lolz...

If you want to do it, surely you CAN DO IT!
