Here, let's start ReCom Gourme-pedia (gourmet + encyclopedia). Stuff to put under this dictionary:
1) English names of Malaysian spices, fish, vegetables etc
2) Brief explanation of cooking procedures (e.g: mince, dice, sizzle, sieve etc)
But, no recipes please! Create a new thread or join an existing ones for that purpose.
