hi.
I believe that most people like to eat meat. And our daily intake of food consists of large amount of meat. So, in order to have a healthy life style, we try to balance our diet. But, why dont we just choose to be a vegetarian? i think that only through that way, we can achieve the ultimate healthy life that we want. Anyone agree with me? :P
BY the way, I am not a vegetarian! :)

What I mean is that we eat vegetable because of health not because we care for the animal lives.
We are killing the life of vegetable also if we eat them right? We must know that lifelives on life. We cannot avoid that. What I want to argue is that is the choice of being the vegetarian the only way to lead to the healthy life style? :D

I would go for balanced food diet, which may not mean that being a vegetarian.
I would propose a healthy diet that consists of a good amount of vegetables and fruits, but are balanced with other food as well, like meat and carbohydrate.
I think whenever we eat, eat within the means. Never eat excessively, although I am pretty guilty of doing that myself. When you pick up food, especially if you are in a buffet dining hall, reflect upon yourself, how much you should eat. Should you eat like you are just out of jail?

I agree with ChenChow. A balanced diet is all that matter. Besides that, adequate and regular exercise must be practised as well. Our sedentary lifestyle has boosted the rate of obese people in the country. Besides looking at the obesity, we should also take note of aneroxia and bulimia, as what I saw that day at the eateries in my Uni, there was this girl, just so thin that, I would use 'stick' to describe, really! I really afraid that a gentle push will knock her down. So people, you're what you eat...and adopt a healthy lifestyle!
