If u ask me, I'd say Universiti Malaya 8) Closer to home..

Russia:You will have to learn up russian language
UM: Cannot go overseas
India: Quite good but the life there is pretty boring and the staying
place's condition is not tat good...heard it from someone
Indonesia: Not a safe place

thanks for the info...actually I wish to be a surgeon. I am thinking of doing specialisation in Australia. since all these Uni is not accredited in Australia, I am thinking of going for the one with highest quality of education so that I will be easier for me to take up the exams to practise in Australia...

jawalnehru is actually a top uni in india, very prestigious. i'd say go for jawalnehru if you are academically and financially qualified. of course being rich and having good grades only do not qualify you as a doctor contrary to popular msian belief.
