Hey congrats 2 all of u ppl...but wat were ur results 4 spm?...hows ur co-co, how bout ur parents allowances?...im just curious bout how they pick this year scholars?...cuz i haf 2 frens, they got 13a1s but got rejected...5 frens got straight as, got rejected 2...peliklah!
ive applied 4 accountancy but din get...my results ok...i think i did well during my interview...i was an actve members of all my coco societies...my frens pun...no 1 in my skul got... em hmm.. did anyone of u put false income? ask urself.

thanks... well.. they r all under engineering.. juz tat those goin korea or japan r diploma program while others are degree progamme..
When we apply , we can choose Engineering (General - UK, US, Australia, New Zealand.. more?) , German Engineering and France Engineering.

For Korea and Japan engineering, they also offer Degree study as well.. but for Bumiputra only. That's why non-bumis get Diploma study.

i just checked from the esila web there, there should be five types of engineering course offered for non-bumis...engineering(for european countries), german engineering, diploma japan engineering, diploma korea engineering and france engineering...the long list there just got ''engineering'' and ''german engineering'' wor...those who got korea and japan for the country, what u all got is diploma course only or till degree?
thanks anyway... well.. for japan n korea... it's a diploma programme only.. bt if ur result then for diploma is good enough.. then u can continue ur studies till finish degree... n the chances are high, as long as ur result for diploma is good.

How you define good result??? In ALM, good result is defined as scoring >90 for bio and >95 for chem.... But I also play game everyday la... Depends on how you cope with the stresss

Not really... Almost all Australia bound students are sent to dilapidated Intec.... Good Luck everyone. I'm almost sure that Canada students won't be sent to INTEC but US students, just learn to bear with INTEC and Shah Alam. Just kidding Hope to see you all in Intec

Australisa definitely in INTEC. UK I 'm not sure coz I didn't see any UK accounting students in INTEC. Those who get UK medic is extremely lucky because in our batch, I think only few of them got UK medic. UK pharmacy... maybe in INTEC.. I'm not sure about KTJ and KYUEM. Some of UK-bound students are sent ther. Definitely not Taylor's though I gt one frend gt accountancy in UK, under JPA.. and she got KDU college...

wah.. it's good to know that many got german engineering..

some of u may not going to intec but to kbu instead.. i've filled all intec forms when jpa called me that i've been transfered to kbu. hurm.. i was schocked.. really.. but then, it's wonderful.. what's the differences between the 2 programs..? 1st: at kbu is 1 year shorter, that is 18 months only, 2nd: u do ausmat instead of alevel.. hurmm.. bad side is u have to work lot more when u r doing ausmat.. btw the college management told me that jpa sends 150 students to kbu.. dunno if all r doing german engineering coz that is the only program where jpa scholars are in now.. nice if u go to kbu.. i'll have juniors.. hehe :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:em hmm .. may I hv ur contact no. ? or mayb u juz sms me ? mine is 0168225665. hope to meet u soon ~ !!!

I don't know about this batch of JPA. But during my brother's batch(3 years ago) his friend got German engineering. And you apply which engineering you want when you enter the university. But as far as I know(correct me if i'm wrong) in USA most unis require the students to choose their major only in the second year. ah huh ? I tot almost every university only require their students to choose which field to major in the 2nd year ? correct me if I'm wrong.

Peningkatan elaun tersebut adalah di antara 23 peratus sehingga 84 peratus. Kadar baru ini berkuatkuasa mulai semester pertama sesi 2007. Lebih 90,000 pelajar akan mendapat manfaat daripada kenaikan ini.

59. Pada masa ini, Kerajaan menaja seramai 17,000 ribu pelajar di universiti luar negeri. Kerajaan telah pun meningkatkan elaun sara hidup di Australia, New Zealand, Mesir dan Korea Selatan pada tahun 2006. Kini, Kerajaan akan meningkatkan elaun sara hidup pelajar di Amerika Syarikat, United Kingdom dan Kanada sehingga 97 peratus, iaitu hampir dua kali ganda, berkuatkuasa September 2007.

Haha, the range of As you will find in Recom ranges a lot, some has from 17A1s to 10As or even less. So don't worry about your result. Do well in the interview, show the interviewers that you have substance.

Erm... for those who have gotten it, congratulations! You are really blessed and fortunate. Prepare yourself, you have a long journey ahead of you. From this moment onwards you have to watch yourself even more carefully because you have a bigger responsibility now. A small mistake you make might cause you to lose you scholarship. So, don't play play ya~ You have no idea how easy it is for that to happen.

Ahh.... Two years later you will find yourself telling the same message to your juniors. By then you are most probably going to be in a foreign land already. It feels really great to know that you have come so far since the last time you jumped happily in front of the computer when you see JPA's congrats message.

For those who didn't get it, don't feel bad. It's not the end of the world. Continue to work harder and find your own way to shine. Don't grunt, and don't criticize JPA or any scholarship provider for any reason, because that would just show how immature you are. You have your own way to succeed so don't let the fact that you didn't get a scholarship pull you down.
