I think it a great idea. This way we can be sure that there will not be any more controversies about recognition of universities. It also brings our system in line with developed countries. I think it should include all medical graduates, local, international, recognised or not recognised.
One possible problem would be transparency. I think there should be complete transparency in marking and results publishing. This will eliminate all talk about racism or biased marking.
