In my opinion,i think it's almost the same... Just that you take pharmaco as a module in medicine... but in the case of pharmacy, it's a course and there are a mountain of pharmaco-liked modules inside it...

Pharmacy is more of the "practical" aspect of drugs. You will learn about all sorts of drugs, a bit of how all the drugs work, the interaction between pharmacy business and healthcare providers, patient counselling etc. Pharmacists must undergo a pharmacy course, take a licensing test before they begin their career.

Pharmacology, on the other hand, is more of the science aspect of drugs. They deal mostly with all the chemical and physical aspects of medications, they innovate and invent new drugs, experiment with animals etc, spend time in labs and teach lectures about pharmacology. They don't sell drugs.
