Any one please answer does the JPA / PSD offer scholarship for Matriculation of the Ministry of education's student???

Do you mean during the matriculation course? Why would you need that then? You'll be given an allowance of RM 1000 per semester...

If you mean during your university time, then of course yes....

yes.. and Shell does offer scholarship for Matriks leavers too..
