I'm the moderator of the SIG "Alles Deutschland" and I can't upload an icon. Please help.
i think this problem is caused by permission problem. the following paragraph contains the technical details so if you feel like you don't want to know the tech stuff then just skip to the paragraph following it :P
as u might have known, recom at this point of time are running from bachok's server due to the problems at the old hosting server. all the folders/directories from the old server were copied to bachok's. i bet bachok's server is linux and thus, emerges the permission restrictions that i-don't-know-why-mr-open-sources-are-so-proud-about. since the one who copied all the folders was bachok, bachok is the owner of all the folders. therefore any subsequences modification to the folders are now restricted to only bachok and only bachok. aiya so pity i sebut bachok's name so many times .. heh i did it on purpose for the reason i'll say in the next paragraph .. move on move on ..
to solve this problem, the owner (ie bachok) has to modify the permission to all the folders. so bachok, if you read this, move your a$$ oledi .. muahahaha ..

I think the best way is to message or email bachok, as there are so many forums right now, and he may not realize this thread and also he is having finals now.
