The Carlsberg Hua Zong Education Fund (CEF) Study Loan is open to all Malaysian citizens who are enrolled in local or foreign institutions of higher learning hold certificates in UEC, SPM or STPM; Diplomas; and/or any higher certificates; and are ambitious, enthusiastic and responsible.

When can I start applying? What is the deadline?
The loan application form is available in May each year. Applications can be made in the period from May to June. The exact deadline will be determined by the Fund Management Committee after studying the commencement dates of different institutions of higher learning. The Committee will publish the exact deadline and other details on the CEF website and in the major newspapers nationwide.

just called up by the application committee. the list of candidates is under process, should be known by a week or two. those getting will be called up, no interview.
