Hey guys just wanted to ask a few questions regarding the bond that you have to serve with the government after finishing your studies.
1. Let's say after you finish your studies and the government does not have a job for you. Will the government then cancel the bond or can they call you back a few years later after they need you for the job?
2. If you break the bond with JPA, do they add in all the other costs such as admin costs and interest etc?
Yea that's about it. Thanks in advance.

1. Seniors told me that JPA can terminate their contracts if JPA can't give them a job..Do note that this phenomenon does not apply to critical courses like medic, dentistry and pharmacy..
2. It is stated in the contract. If this is the case, you have to pay the actual amount of the course.. And maybe some additional fee, like processing fee and interest..

I think so.. What I heard is JPA is quite kind and generous. They do not force you to pay the amount at 1 time, but secara ansuran, pay it month by month, with a bit interest..
Correct me if i m wrong..

That is if you complete your studies. If you can't complete it, and fail in any stage of your studies, your scholarship will be terminated and you will have to pay back the amount spend on you back to JPA

i see ... that means if we completed our studies but jpa cant offer any job to us , we'll be freed from the bond and we don't need to pay even a cent ???

If some1 has finish his study n come back 2 serve the nation at 2008. His bond is 10 years. He works with the government for 5 years, that is until 2012, and then go to study master at his own cost. when he comes back at 2015, how long will he have to work with the government.
Is the time when he do master deducted from the original bond length. Will his bond ends at 2017, or 2020?
