Someone was talking about making software in another forum. I think when we try to make software lots of times we have problems with GUI. This is a actually sort of like a library for C++ that helps you design GUI for games. It;s really simple and cool. Not only does it provide image support but also keyboard and mouse feedback.

I have some more cool stuff as below:

Virtual PC
Virtual PC is a powerful software virtualization solution that allows you to run multiple PC-based operating systems simultaneously on one workstation, providing a safety net to maintain compatibility with legacy applications while you migrate to a new operating system. It also saves reconfiguration time, so your support, development, and training staff can work more efficiently. Microsoft will release Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 late in calendar year 2003.

Further info of Virtual PC can be found in:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/virtualpc/

This software originally produced by Connectix but somehow it has been bought over by Microsoft. Another cool software from Connectix is the VGS Sony PS1 Emulator, unfortunately it can be operated under Windows 98 or below. That's why I used the Virtual PC.

Etymonix Media Raider
Convert multiple files of various formats (Video CD, CD-I movie, CDRWin BIN, WinImage ISO) to MPEG system/audio/video in batch mode quickly and easily. The innovative AutoScan option automatically scans all SCSI/IDE CDROM drives for Video CD files and CD-I movie discs. BIN extraction doesn't need CUE files. Win9x/NT4/2000 supported

Someone was talking about making software in another forum.

I think that was me. Anyway , I think we can start from whatever we have and share it with others.

I'm by no means the best programmer. When we create software,
we can learn from others to look at the code. that way,

1. we can learn from others
2. we can produce a free software/ utility for us, for our entertainment.

ABout GUI, sadly, my GUI will usually not compatible with others
(I use Cocoa apps in mac )

But I think we can port stuff in several different platform.

there's one more GUI that we can work on, besides what littlebigone suggest: It is WXWIndows
