JPA loan

Good day guys, so basically I'm here to inquire on the JPA loan ( 200,000 RM ) in total.

My question is quite simple actually, I am planning to study in curtins ( www.curtin.edu.my ) for 3 years, including foundation and 2 years of undergraduate course for Chemical engineer specified in Oil and Gas.

The remainder of the 2 years, I would like to head over to Perth and complete my studies, is it possible to ask for a loan 2 years before I finish my course? Because I wont have enough money to finish my course in Perth.
