I think and hope that England will win it. They have the best midfield thats for sure.
James
g.neville s.campbell j terry a cole
beckham lampard scholes gerard
Owen Rooney.
I just think that up front they may be lacking.

England always had a midfield. But I think Portugal will lift it

England has a better team for Euro2004 than for World Cup 2002 - at least most of their main players are not injured. From this point of view, England do stand a good chance at winning Euro2004 - I hope they will win it too :)
However, as usual, something will just go wrong...again...and the English will be dissapointed once more...
Tip to win...Italy or Spain

well, there's only so many times you can launch the ball from midfield into your oppononent's penalty box and hope for it to somehow land near one of your forwards, preferably with the goal in sight...

haha, judging from the first round result, I will say that it's everyone's game. You can't really say that there's a weak or better team in the championship. Italy, what will happen without Totti? England, can someone wake up Owen? France, lady luck does not always shine on you, you know? Spain, Raul seems to be daydreaming on the field.

Well I tip Italy for the sheer quality that they have. If anyone saw their game against Sweden yesterdaym you may notice that the Italians outclassed the Swedes up to when Trappatoni (how do you spell his name?) took out his attacking players. If Italy's gonna fail, they're gonna fail either due to tactics or something else. In fact, in World Cup 2002, you may remember that they were a victim of biased refereeing, so you can't judge them from there. Go Azzuri!!!

Woo hoo...who will expect Greece to win the European Championship? They have been classified as underdogs since day 1, and IIANM they never won a match on their way to the finals. Impressive huh? Anyway, since it's all over by now, i think it's time to lock up.
